GLOBAL NETWORK

Trade is a network. We're building rails for it.

International trade runs on infrastructure that's older than the internet — letters of credit, paper documents, correspondent banking, manual reconciliation. TradeOS replaces the operator's software stack today. Trade Marketplace replaces the financing conversation. The EDMA Network replaces the supplier directory every operator builds from scratch. And the rails underneath replace the slow, expensive plumbing of cross-border settlement. Five layers. One mission.

THE STACK

Layer 1 is what you buy. Layers 2–5 are what makes it a network.

Read top-down. The layer at the top is the one you log into Monday morning. The layers below compound its value over time — and none of them are mandatory for getting work done in TradeOS today.

Five layers. One mission — replace 1970s trade plumbing with software that compounds in value as more operators join.

WHY THE STACK MATTERS TO YOU

Each layer compounds the value of the one below.

Operator-language only. None of this requires you to learn about chains, tokens or stablecoins. The stack just makes your everyday job cheaper, faster and less email-bound — automatically.

01 / NETWORK

Network compounds
onboarding.

Every supplier added by another operator becomes much faster to onboard for you. The first operators on EDMA bear most of the network-building cost. Late joiners benefit.

02 / MARKETPLACE

Marketplace compounds
financing access.

Every financier on the marketplace sees your deals. Multi-bidder sealed offers are designed to tighten spreads versus bank-only sourcing — that's the structural argument for the marketplace.

03 / SETTLEMENT

L2 settlement compounds
cash flow.

When EDSD ships, repayment events settle atomically against shipment milestones , not on banking-day cycles. Working capital tied up in settlement floats compresses — and so does the cost of every funded deal.

WHAT'S LIVE, WHAT'S COMING

We're transparent about timing. Here's the schedule.

Read it as a commitment, not a sales deck. If a milestone slips, we'll post about it in the newsroom — not bury it.

  1. May 2026

    Milestone 01

    Beta launch

EDMA Group itself on TradeOS & EDMA Network. Real orders, real shipments, real money — the dogfood that proves the platform before public launch.

  2. Summer 2026

    Milestone 02

    Public v1

TradeOS public v1 + Trade Marketplace v1 (operator side). Bilateral money flow. Multi-bidder sealed offers.

  3. Q1 2027

    Milestone 03

    Financier Portal v2

v1 → v2 transition opens. EDSD pilot with first cohort of regulated financiers.

  4. Q3 2027

    Milestone 04

    L2 mainnet

EDMA L2 mainnet with EDSD settlement live. Marketplace deals can opt in to on-chain repayment.

  5. 2028+

    Milestone 05

    Ecosystem expansion

Plugin Marketplace + $EDM governance live. Open APIs, certified workflows, vertical extensions.

Roadmap subject to revision. We'll be honest in newsroom updates when timing changes. We won't hide it, won't quietly re-date the page, and won't ship a half-baked v2 to hit a date. Every milestone above is a commitment, not a promise.

BEYOND OPERATORS

Trade finance firms, logistics providers, technology partners — there's a role for you here.

The stack is operator-first by design, but the network only works because counterparties show up too. Three on-ramps for the people who don't run the orders themselves.

For the technically curious

How the rails actually work — the underlying mechanics.

The L2 chain, the stablecoin, the governance token, the data token. Plain language, no whitepaper. Operator readers can skip this entirely — TradeOS works as a normal SaaS product without any of it.

If you're an operator, none of this is required to get value from TradeOS. The mechanics exist to make the network self-sustaining as it grows past the first 1,000 operators. Operators who want to participate in governance or incentives can; everyone else can use TradeOS as a SaaS product indefinitely. No tokens are sold to retail. There is no public sale.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions an operator, a financier, and a long-time crypto skeptic all ask in the first 20 minutes of seeing this page.

No. TradeOS is a normal SaaS product, billed monthly or annually like any other operator platform. Token mechanics are optional and additive — you can be a paying TradeOS customer for a decade and never touch $EDM, $ETT, or EDSD. The mechanics exist for operators who want to participate in network governance or earn additional incentives, not as a price of admission.
